Excel 07 help please?

I have a page with four certificates to reward each with three empty lines entering the name the employee, why reward, and the date. I was wondering if it is possible in Excel to create buttons for each employee, the reason the award and the date that I could click on the line and automatically fill available for this type. For example, I click on the name of the person and automatically your name on the line the name of the first certification. Then I click on the price and the straight line was first introduced. It should also configured so that, if the first reward is over and click on another person or company that automatically changes a full certificate at the next white available. Is this possible? And if so, how? I can need easy to understand steps, if possible.

I assume that your names are in the range A1: A10, the reasons are in B1: B10, and dates are in C1: C10 and their license is in columns D, E, F and G. Since this is not where they really are probably modify the code according to your worksheet. Click the sheet tab and select View Code to open the Visual Basic Editor. Paste the following code after all that may appear in the VB Editor: As Range Sun Sun Sun rngNameCells rngReasonCells As Range rngDateCells as the range Range rngCert1Reason rngCert1Name mitigated rngCert1Date Sun rngCert2Name Range Dim Dim range As Range Sun rngCert2Reason rngCert2Date attenuated as rngCert3Name Range Range Range Sun rngCert3Reason attenuated Sun rngCert4Name as Range Dim Dim rngCert3Date Range As Range Range Range rngCert4Reason rngCert4Date attenuated as Private Sub Initialize ()'----- change the ranges below depending on your worksheet ----- September rngNameCells = Range ("A1: A10") Set rngReasonCells = Range ("B1: B10") = Range Set rngDateCells ("C1: C10") Set rngCert1Name = Range ("D1") Set rngCert1Reason = Range ("D2") Set rngCert1Date = Range ("D3") rngCert2Name Set = Range ("E1") Set rngCert2Reason = Range ("E2") Set rngCert2Date = Range ("E3") Set rngCert3Name = Range ("F1") rngCert3Reason Set = Range ("F2") Set rngCert3Date = Range ("F3") rngCert4Name Set = Range ("G1") Set rngCert4Reason = Range ("G2") Set Range = rngCert4Date ("")'----- G3 edit ranges above to match your worksheet End Sub ----- CommandButton1_Click () Top European Union (rngCert1Name, _ RngCert1Reason, rngCert1Date _, _ rngCert2Name, rngCert2Reason _, _ rngCert2Date, rngCert3Name _, _ rngCert3Reason, rngCert3Date _, _ RngCert4Name, rngCert4Reason _, _ rngCert4Date). ClearContents Worksheet_BeforeDoubleClick End Sub Private Sub (ByVal Target As Range, Cancel As Boolean _) rngName Sun rngReason range attenuated as rngDate Sun Range range strMsg As String Dim strTitle As String Initialize Sun If Intersect (Target, the European Union (rngNameCells, rngReasonCells, rngDateCells)) _ Is Nothing Then strMsg = "All certificates Full" strTitle = "Certificate Creator" If Intersect (Target, rngNameCells) is no double Then 'If the name of rngCert1Name.Value = "Then ElseIf rngCert1Name.Value = Target.Value rngCert2Name.Value =" "Then ElseIf rngCert2Name.Value = Target.Value rngCert3Name.Value = "" Then ElseIf rngCert3Name.Value = Target.Value rngCert4Name.Value = "" Then strMsg other Target.Value rngCert4Name.Value = MsgBox vbOKOnly + VbCritical, strTitle End If ElseIf not intersect (target, rngReasonCells) Is Nothing Then 'If the right click rngCert1Reason.Value DBL = "" Then ElseIf rngCert1Reason.Value = = Target.Value rngCert2Reason.Value Then ElseIf rngCert2Reason.Value = Target.Value rngCert3Reason.Value = "" Then ElseIf rngCert3Reason.Value = Target.Value rngCert4Reason.Value = "" Then Else MsgBox strMsg RngCert4Reason.Value = Target.Value, vbOKOnly + vbCritical, strTitle End If Else 'If you rngCert1Date.Value double-click Date = "" Then ElseIf Target.Value RngCert2Date.Value rngCert1Date.Value = = "" Then ElseIf rngCert2Date.Value Target.Value rngCert3Date.Value = = "" Then rngCert3Date.Value = Target.Value rngCert4Date.Value ElseIf = "" Then Else MsgBox strMsg rngCert4Date.Value = Target.Value, vbOKOnly + vbCritical, strTitle End If End If Cancel = True End If End Sub change varies depending on your worksheet. Now when you double-click on the names that the certificate is available first and post a copy of this name is the name of the cell. The same work for reasons and dates. Sorry, Y! A cut me in the explanation of ActiveX CommandButton1 Hope that helps ...
